Omg, Tolkien's writing style is hilarious sometimes. its just like.. "and they walked in the spring... and they walked in a valley and into a meadow, and in the meadow there was a tree- a very old tree it was that had seen many things; and it under it was a flower of rare beauty and in it was a bug... and they walked, and walked..." I dont think he believed in punctuation..

Lol, crude representation. But Paolini was overcompensating in the first chapter of Brisngr. He was being very gradiose, I thought. Its a nerd thing though- It comes from watching too many animes and Yugioh.

I think Paolini will end it at the fourth book, or so i have read. But being so young, im sure he will start writing another serie.

The future of Inheritance? Death. Slow, painful, inevitable death. People are starting to realize that it's not all it was hyped to be (and it's hard to keep up the facade that the author is still 15 years old after all these years :P ) and the extent to which it "borrows" from other fantasy worlds (the plot of Star Wars, much of Middle-earth, dragons from The Dragon Riders of Pern, a magic system stolen from the Belgariad, etc.). The flop that was the movie didn't help either.

That's not to say that this will occur quickly though, and there is still a substantial enough fanbase out there. I will be highly shocked if Inheritance is remembered 10 years from now though. Not that I'll remember it well enough to be shocked. ;)

if chirstopher writes more book in this series, i dont think they will work.the story base will also not support preludes.
as for the movie, u r right.it was a distaster.the movie bosses scraped the project after eragon flopped.i still wished peter jackson should hav made the movie.
