I repeated what you said for the sake of clarity. Because the SECOND easter egg in FOTR actually does not have a ring appear at the bottom; it has the silhouettes of Barad Dur and Orthanc appear off to the side. You said there are two eggs per film. I just want to know where to find the second egg in The Two Towers.
Eldorian, you didn't explain yourself well, and I want to make it a little more clear.

I didn't explain myself clearly because ... why exactly? The only fault you have mentioned is that the Ring is actually an outline on one of the movies (I'll take your word for this), hardly something that will stop people from finding the egg. While we're on the topic, you could have simply said that my method didn't work for the second disc of TTT instead of repeatedly asking how to find it without directly responding to me. ;)

I checked though and for the second disc of TTT it didn't work, so it seems I made an unwarranted assumption about it, and for that I apologize. I googled a bit though and as far as I can tell there's only one Easter Egg for TTT. Again, sorry for the assumption and the miscommunication.

The only reason I assumed there was still an egg for the second disc of TTT, was because (like I said) The ring did not appear on one of them. It was Barad Dur and Orthanc on a completely different part of the screen. That is the only reason I was asking. I apologize if I sounded rude, and for any frustration I may have caused to anyone.

yep, there's only one on TT, sadly  i wish there were more! Oddly though, i tried to find the 2nd easter eggs in FOTR and ROTK, yet it didn't work, so i found them on the internet. Since they only intially said that their were only 3 easter eggs and it turned out their were 5, maybe there are more hidden in the depths of the DVDs.... who knows?

It appears none of the easter eggs are available on the British version of the extended editions, apparently Jack Blacks insinuations were to lude for a PG certificate and the film makers were not prepared to accept a 12 certificate for the sake of an insignificant easter egg.

Which is a shame.

I am not sure about the other Easter Eggs but I have been unable to find them on my copy, so I can only assume all them were removed.

It was fairly outrageous, yes. YouTube can probably help you if you want to see them.
