Is he as much of a fan of Tolkien as Jackson is? This film can really only be made by someone with the same respect for Tolkien as Jackson had. Does Del Toro fall into this catagory? Or is he just the "flavour of the month" Fantasy director whose name has been "pulled out of the hat" as one that could do the job? COME BACK JACKSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!
